📅 Booking & Service

You can book a driver by calling us at +91 8520852000, sending a WhatsApp message to the same number, emailing Needdriver@annadriver.online, or filling out the enquiry form on our Contact page. We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly, though response times may vary based on demand and availability.
We primarily operate across Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. For outstation trips, we can arrange drivers for destinations outside Delhi NCR as well, subject to driver availability and route feasibility.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 hours in advance for local trips and 24 hours in advance for outstation trips. However, we also try to accommodate last-minute requests based on driver availability. Advance booking helps us assign the most suitable driver for your needs.
We aim to provide driver services around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays. However, availability may vary depending on the time of day, demand, and driver schedules. Night services (10 PM to 6 AM) are available at a separate rate. Contact us to check availability for your specific timing.
ANNA 1DRIVER is a personal driver service — we provide a trained driver to drive your vehicle. We do not provide rental cars. Your vehicle must have valid registration (RC), active comprehensive insurance, and sufficient fuel for the trip. We may decline service if the vehicle does not meet basic safety standards.
Our drivers are trained to handle a variety of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, hatchbacks, and MUVs. If you have a specific vehicle type (such as a luxury car or a large vehicle), please mention it during booking so we can assign a driver with relevant experience. We cannot guarantee expertise with every vehicle make and model.

💰 Pricing & Payment

Our indicative starting rates are: Hourly — ₹199/hr, Full Day — ₹1,499/day (up to 10 hours), Night — ₹599/night (10 PM to 6 AM), Outstation — ₹2,499+. All rates are subject to 18% GST. Final charges may vary based on actual distance, duration, time of day, and conditions. See our Pricing page for full details.
No. All prices listed on our website are base indicative rates before GST. An additional 18% GST is applicable on all service charges. The total payable amount will include the base rate plus 18% GST plus any applicable additional charges (tolls, parking, etc.).
We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), and Online bank transfers. Payment is typically due at the end of the trip or as agreed during booking. For corporate clients, monthly invoicing may be arranged. A payment receipt is provided upon request.
Yes, the following additional charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the base rate: toll charges, parking fees, fuel costs (for your vehicle), interstate permits (for outstation trips), driver food and accommodation (for multi-day outstation trips), and waiting charges if the driver waits beyond the agreed time. We aim to communicate these clearly before the trip.

🔒 Driver Verification & Safety

All our drivers undergo a multi-step verification process that includes: Driving License verification, PAN Card verification, background checks, and on-road driving assessment. We aim to assign only drivers who have passed these checks. However, no verification process can eliminate all risks, and we encourage customers to exercise their own judgment.
Yes. Before the trip begins, we share the assigned driver's PAN Card details and Driving License details with you for your reference and records. This is part of our standard operating procedure for transparency.
We currently have a team of 25+ verified drivers operating across Delhi NCR. Our team size may grow or change over time. Driver assignment depends on availability, location, and the specific requirements of your booking.
For group and outstation trips, we have 2 SUV support vehicles equipped with medical staff that may accompany the convoy, subject to availability and trip requirements. While we take safety seriously, road travel inherently involves risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. Customers should ensure their vehicle is in roadworthy condition and carry all necessary documents. Please review our Disclaimer for full details.

🚫 Cancellation & Refund

If you cancel before the driver departs from base, there is typically no cancellation charge. If you cancel after the driver has departed, a nominal cancellation fee may apply to cover the driver's travel costs. No-show by the customer may also result in partial charges. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7-10 business days from the date the refund is approved. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of the cancellation and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to book and use ANNA 1DRIVER services. By booking a driver, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. This is in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
We take data privacy seriously and handle your personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not sell your data to third parties. In the event of an accident, the driver will follow standard emergency procedures: ensuring passenger safety, contacting emergency services if needed, and notifying ANNA 1DRIVER management. The customer's vehicle insurance is the primary coverage for vehicle damage. ANNA 1DRIVER's liability is limited as described in our Disclaimer and Terms of Service. We strongly recommend that customers maintain comprehensive vehicle insurance at all times.
