Additional Charges & Terms

Transparency is important to us. Below are additional costs and terms that may apply to your booking. Please review these before confirming your trip.

💰 Additional Charges (Borne by Customer)

  • Toll charges for toll roads and expressways
  • Parking fees at malls, airports, hospitals, etc.
  • Fuel costs for the vehicle (customer's vehicle)
  • Interstate permits for outstation trips (if applicable)
  • Driver food and accommodation for multi-day outstation trips
  • Waiting charges may apply if the driver waits beyond the agreed time

💳 Payment Information

  • We accept Cash, UPI, and Online bank transfers
  • 18% GST is applicable on all service charges
  • Payment is typically due at the end of the trip or as agreed
  • For corporate clients, monthly invoicing may be arranged
  • A payment receipt is provided upon request
  • Advance payment may be required for outstation bookings

🚫 Cancellation Charges

  • Cancel before driver departs from base — no charge
  • Cancel after driver has departed — a nominal cancellation fee may apply
  • No-show by customer — partial charges may be levied
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-10 business days

🚗 Vehicle Requirements (Customer's Responsibility)

  • Vehicle must have valid registration (RC)
  • Comprehensive insurance must be active and current
  • Sufficient fuel for the planned trip
  • Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition
  • We may decline service if the vehicle does not meet basic safety standards
  • Customer is responsible for all vehicle-related documents

Driver ID Shared Before Every Trip

For your reference, we share the assigned driver's PAN Card and Driving License details with you before the trip begins. All our 25+ drivers undergo license verification, PAN verification, background checks, and on-road training before they are assigned to any customer.
